"You're loved and you are able, shall we write that on your grave..."

Last night saw the official end of an era, a line drawn in the sand and a fresh start on the horizon; Dirty Pretty Things' final performance.
We at Rent a Groupie are honoured and privileged to have seen and spent time with the boys a fair few times and already miss them now they're gone. No matter what the general public or record sales tell you, DPT were a fantastic band with two albums of material that will hopefully be talked about for a long time yet.
Today is a new dawn, where one is now four and exciting things are happening. With at least 3 quarters of the band heading onto musical pastures new, we await with baited breath to hear what they come with alone/other musicians. We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate the lovely Didz Hammond on becoming a father once again. Well done, sir.
So, to end, our deepest heartfelt thanks for all the good music, good shows and good times. May our paths meet again soon on some new adventure. Dirty Pretty Things, we salute you.
